Wilfred Owen was a part of the literary movement that was known as the Georgian Period. Other war poets such as Rupert Brooke, Siegfried Sassoon, Robert Graves, and many others also belonged to this period.
 
 
Among other things it was said that he was proud to be a Georgian as well as belong to the prominent group of war poets known as the Lost Poets.
